How did you make the burger hun? X
Extra lean pork mince mixed by hand with finely chopped chorizo from a ring with any seasoning you like. I used chipotle chilli flakes, onion powder, thyme, mixed herbs and salt & pepper. I then shaped them into patties, wrapped them in clingfilm and popped them into the fridge for an hour or so. I then cook them on a griddle pan but you could grill them.
