I had a new fish from asda cod in sweet chill sauce which was delicious I must say!!
with lots if veggies
Lettuce
Chunky veg mix
Cucumber
Tomatoes
Red onion
Pickled onions
Seafood sticks





Followed by a big fruit salad with peach and pineapple muller light

I made it using mayflower curry sauce. I poached the chicken, mushrooms and white onion in water then drained and stirred into the sauce. To make the rice I just stirfried cooked rice with spring onion, garlic, peas, soy sauce and an egg. It was as good as the real thing.

I love this crafty little utensil, must say I use it pretty much every day. Also really good for cutting carrots and cucumbers Thanks again for recommending.
