Felt so guilty last night, had lasagne at my parents (made with lean mince) and a colemans white sauce mix (9 syns), It was probs 500grams divided by 3 i'm unsure how to syns the mince? Also there was no super free! Ahhhhhhh.

hiya not sure if im right but im getting asda lean steak mince at 2 sins per 100g i hope this helps a little
