I'm in the process of making the most enormous pasta bake (fills a 4ltr Pyrex dish) which is made from whatever was in - passata, cherry tomatoes, peppers, courgettes, chicken, syn-free sausage, onion, garlic, herbs and a dusting of parmesan.
I'm away this weekend and at work the next couple of days so want to have plenty of SW-friendly food available at the drop of a hat.
