a cooked breakfast!! really fancied one so having(when i get back from weigh in).....2 poached eggs,2 eat smart sausages,2 rashers bacon,beans,tinned toms,mushrooms and potato cubes!
We're having steamed salmon, with seasoned wedges and roasted peppers/mushrooms/baby plum tomatoes/red onion/courgette. It's all cooking away now, and smells delicious... *droool*
