Omg I want. I hardly ever cook with coconut milk because SW is usually 200 ml then I feel like I'm wasting a tin I adore coconut milk! I'm pretty sure I've made this dish, it had the egg crumbled on top.

Well I think I must have last time and its been lost in the realms of the freezer lol. But google always says coconut milk light doesn't freeze well. Ill make it my mission to find it and use it more often

My 2 kids (17 and 12) are cooking for me tonight, as it's mother's day x
They've searched my stack on old sw mags and if got chicken wrapped in proscuito and a tiramusu type pud...smells lush (mostly cos I've not had to cook!)...mind you my kitchen looks like we've been burgled and there's not a clean dish in the house!! Happy mother's day to allx

Me and my sister cooked my mum roast mint and garlic lamb with parmentier potatoes (3.5 syns), green beans , carrots , peas , broccoli and gravy (1 syn).

Followed by sticky toffee pudding (19 syns) and ice cream (2 syns)

So worth the syns

It's lovely isn't it? And easy!

Mother's Day but I cooked as no one else cooks here! Green day, h ex pork in slow cooker, roast marmite potatoes, swede carrot broccoli sprouts mushy peas, spoon gravy and apple sauce. Gorgeous! It was all cooked this morning, played up and microwaved when everyone came in from work etc. so it kinda feels like I've not slaved at the cooker at tea time!

It was lovely bunnylush. Didn't use your recipe as used the slow cooker instead, love the slow cooker like you said feels like you haven't cooked when you get back in!
