Textys i got this recipe from the ' 1 syn chicken korma recipe' thread. i changed it a little to suit my taste, but thanks to helenh for starting the post PEBBLES CHICKEN KORMA SERVES 2 2 CHICKEN BREASTS 5 MUSHROOMS QUARTERED 1 ONION CHOPPED 2 CHICKEN OXO 2 CURRY OXO OR 2 TBSP CURRY POWDER 1 MULLER LIGHT GREEK COCONUT YOGURT (1/2 SYN) 1 TBSP ANY CURRY PASTE - I USED PATAKS BALTI AT 1 SYN fry light pan and add chicken diced, add mushrooms and onions and cook until starting to brown. sprinkle oxo cubes / curry powder. then i added 100mls water and the tbsp curry paste. simmer for 5 mins then stir through the coconut yogurt . absolutely delicious. served here with spinach and potato curry (sag aloo)Texty do you have the recipe please

Peppers stuffed with quorn mince (and added veggies), topped with cheese and served with a salad.
Oh,going to do this with el mince. Bought some reduced price peppers last night and have mince in the freezer. Perfect :-D
Hi Millie , they're 0.5 each . I used the curry feast book recipe which i think was roughly the same as ginlins , but i used her idea to cook them in a mini muffin tray and they were much better .
2 onions sliced thinly,
25g gram flour
1/4 tsp chilli powder, coriander ,cumin and turmeric
2 tbsp water
1 crushed garlic clove
Fry onions until soft, mix everything together and divide into mini muffin tray. It made 12 and they were delicious .i used to dollop them on a baking tray but they used to dry out more , I much prefer this way xx
Tonight I'm having a rump steak, homemade chips, big flat mushrooms and peas. Will be having pepper sauce (synned) and maybe a glass of wine ?
