If its the recipe I've seen you make the pastie filling as normal (corned beef, onion, swede, carrot) and stuff it in a pitta and glaze it with egg and chuck it in the oven.
Would love to know how they turned out as I was thinking about trying them x

Yes,it's this. I also do them using the Bfree wraps and they are very tasty. Can also be done using cheese (hexa),onion and mashed pot.
