Mushroom and Leek pasta with some of the quark garlic and herb sauce and added cheese on top. I've had enough of gammon after Christmas.

Leftover roast beef w/ mayflower curry sauce (4 syns) onions & mushrooms. Had it with egg fried rice and babycorn, tenderstem broccoli, spring onions & mangetout stirfried with soy sauce, ginger, garlic and chilli

That looks absolutely amazing!! I am making that this weekend.... never has it occurred to me to make the stir fried vegetables like that! So thanks
