200g spaghetti
90g philly ex light (3 syns if not from allowance)
1 egg yoke
150ml veg stock made up
Smoked bacon cut up
Frozen peas defrosted
Mixed chargrilled peppers and onion (optional)
Method.
Make pasta according to packet
Chargrill peppers onion if using. (I use airfryer)
Fry bacon
Mix yoke and philly
Micro peas
Make stock up
When bacons ready. Remove from pan and cut into cubes, return to pan and add stock and let reduce.
When pasta cooked,drain, t
Return to pot and mix in egg and philly mixture. Then add the rest of ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste
The egg will cook in the pasta.
Can add a tbl spoon of parmasan at 1.5 syns. Not worth it.
