Tonight we had Cajun spiced chicken with cous cous with roasted vegetables

It's not tea, but I just made sweet omelettes, with blueberries and lemon flavoured fat free greek yog. Not bad when you've ran out of syns x

Boiled rice with fried chunks of steak mushrooms peppers onions and tomatoes in balsamic vinegar and a tiny amount of honey

It got a bit well done but was lush
