Whats for tea tonight?

I'm having cottage pie

Griddled chicken breast. Carrot n swede mash. Parsnips and sw wedges. Fancied something olain as have made a lot of spicy stuff lately.

Tonight i'm going to have chicken with mushrooms, onions, tomato and topped with cheese with some homemade sweet potato chips and either peas or salad. I had the same chicken concoction last week and it was really nice, so even though it is healthy it will be like a treat for me

Not too well today...just a cold. If i do have anything i made a huge slow cooker beef casserole yesterday.

I had home made spaghetti bolognese with loads of peppers and for afters i had 1/2 a melon

I had spicy sweet potato wedges with lettuce, yellow pepper, cucumber, radish, 1/2 can baked beans, all topped with HA allowance of Primula light (75 g). mmmm, yummy

Tonight is sirloin steak ...carrot and sweet potato mash...onion...mixed veg and homemade papper sauce. Will use milk from allowance for sauce maybe have to use a bit if flour

Don t think i will be hungry after that but have rice pudding left or fruit and natural yoghurt if i am.Good weekend everyone

I'm having cottage pie

Having ppl rnd for Sunday lunch so am going to be careful. Roast chicken...i am doing roast potatoes but i am having boiled and am going to just have a boiled parsnip instead of roasted. Carrot and swede mash. Brocolli. Mm this is where i go off the railsYorshire pudding and trivet gravy with some meat juice veg water and wine.
Well it s only one day out of 7

I'm doing fajita with SW sweet potato fries and normal SW wedges for tea tonight. I will be able to bulk it out massively with veggies so might even skip the wrap

Friday = Treat night. So tonight I am doing a healthy fry up.

Egg, Veggi sausage, beans, mushrooms, tomato and maybe a slice of bread.

Made this bad boy tonight and I must say it was fit! Bacon, potatoe and onion "pasty" made with weightwatchers wrap HEB.
