Fry onions in fry light and one stock cube add about 50ml of water and a carton of passatta. Add garlic to your own taste paprika, pepper and Chilli powder and half teaspoon of sweetener sugar. Add the Quorn meatballs and put on a low heat for 20 mins. When ready toss into pasta and add grated cheese on top.
You can vary the recipe to your own taste adding other veg and different spices you can also add tinned tomatoes instead of the 50ml of water. Just experiment, that's all I did
