Whats for tea tonight?

A slap up 3 course meal!

First of the Festive nights out this year.
I think I chose wisely, I made a concerted effort to do so for all my meals but I can't remember what I ordered. Hmm???

i am having a rare Green day today - and its Spaghetti with king prawns, and sweetcorn covered in philli light with sweet chilli.

oh and extra cheese to use my HEA choice up!!!!

i blame that advert on telly where the chap goes round her house and makes this!!

x

Ohhhhhh that sounds nice. I think I'll have that tonight as everyone else is having pizza!!

I love plain old bangers and mash, mash could be potato or BNS or carrot / swede. Yum.

Or try a sausage and bean casserole - I've seen a few nice looking recipes on minimins that I'd love to try but I'm not sure quorn sausages would work properly!

I can't think what to do with our sausages tonight, does anyone have any ideas?

oh err missus........ so many replies!!!!!! ;)

Still poorly sick but guess what still 100% on track i can't believe it! Think its cos i already planned for the wk,tonight on green i'm having left over gammon(HEB) with philly(HEA) and pasta n mushrooms very quick n easy to do.

Ooo that sounds lovely hun!! Fingers crossed for you that it tastes as lovely as it sounds!

Dinner for me is lamb steaks, savoury rice and veges! x

Thanks pesty .... we have just had dinner and dear lord it was even nicer than I hoped  -hubby made short work of his and we have half left for a quick lunch tomorrow :happy036:and when its stood it should be even better:bliss:

Haddock oven cooked ... with baked beans (syned) and some SW scallops (?) ... If thats what you call em, hubby did em for a change, instead of having chips or wedges, he just sliced my 227g tatie (leaving the skin on) quick few squirts with fry light (as we do with the chips/wedges) .. Then oven bake in the "magic basket" and Et voila ... Very very nice i have to say, and something a bit different .... Nom nom :)

I can't wait for my tea tonight (Sat)- I'm making Nigella's 'Homestyle Jerk Chicken' from her book/programme Nigella Kitchen! I have already made the marinade which is smothering the chicken nicely in the fridge as we speak! See my food diary if you are interested in the recipe!x
