Oh that does sound good! Haven't.had mash for months! Thanks for the inspiration!! Last night i got a tesco ready meal as i had a manicure booked and knew i wouldnt be eating till late... I got.chilli chickens noodles... Finally sat down at 7.45 to eat..... My god....i clearly.hadn't noticed the 3 red chillis on the box warning me how hot it was. Didn't enjoy it at all...was painful.....but made the frozen yogurt for afters taste even better!!
Mine is the veggie curry in the pan, no rice as it has potato & chickpeas in which I'm sure will fill me up & second piccie in the tray is HD jalfrezi for hubby. It's VERY hot I just burnt my mouth! I'm also going to make the boy some tuna little fish cake things that were in the tesco mag that he wants to help me make
Ps veggie curry tastes a lot better than it looks
Oh & I've also just made the boy homemade fish cakes & wedges, see this part of being a housewife I like!!'
Mine is a tesco frozen meal, only 2.3g fat per 100 and 9g overall. It was only 435kcal - lots of chicken and plenty of flavour. I added some veg with it. It was so tasty and filling
Cottage pie last night made with quorn, sweet potato mash and extra veggies added in. Tonight is a quick and easy baked potato, laughing cow light and beans. Hubby is on a driving lesson so can't be bothered cooking a big meal.
