Whats occurring?

We're off to Poland on Fri for a long weekend, it's our birthday pressies to each other. We love sightseeing & geocaching so will combine the two, at the mo it is highs of anywhere between -12 & -4:eek:
 
Weighed in this morning ........

And I have LOST 2.4 pound ;-) plus its * week too almost back to Xmas weight hubby has asked me to not lose anymore weight he is saying he is concerned as i look thin enough i m not sure to be honest maybe I might try to be healthy and maintain well TRY and I'm starting the gym classes from Monday X

SO PROUD OF MYSELF NOT WEIGHING FOR A WHOLE WEEK YAYYYY

Scales have gone back to the garage ;-) XxX

Where does that put you on the healthy weight range Katie? I know those scales aren't the be all and end all but a useful guide at times xx

Hi emsie thanks was hard as I was dying to take a look but promised myself I wouldn't and stuck to it ;-)

It's saying I have a bmi of 18.4 for my height and age it should be 18.5 so I think it's best to try and stay we're I am or maybe gain a pound or two I'm just not sure to be honest advice ?? XxX

How about allowing yourself 3lb either way that's what SW allow once you've got to target.

It's hard when you get into daily weighing to stop lol you dud well!
I think maintenance sounds like a plan hun. Try focussing on other goals like your exercise etc and not so much on the scales maybe? Xx

I had to stay off them I'd get a cob on if they went up and is been so good the more I've looked into it they can change daily so I've decided sat is best for me as I like a takeaway with hubby and he's happy I'm joining him to eat starting exercise class on Monday they do different ones each morning so might aim for two classes next week plus my own little exercise I've been doing !!
I want to tone up and be a lean mean sex machine Hahahaha XxX
