Katie don't be nervous about a diary, you just put down what you want, as you know nobody is nasty.

How many eggs did you add to the pancake mix, I only use 1 egg & make little ones, if you put too much mixture in the pan you can't flip them.

I used one egg they went all mushy In my pan I used fry light don't know what happened tbh but I will try again Xxx
