What's difficult about the weekends for you?
Achieved my 4st goal lastnight
My next goal is to get my 4 1/2 stone award before I go on holiday on the 18th September (6lb to lose in 3 weeks, eeekk!!)
I know that this can create problems. However, the technique I developed to lose 3.5 stone in 6 months doing no extra exercise actually combats this issue. Do you consider yourself on a diet or have you made a change to your lifestyle?
Next targets are:
3lbs off to get my 3 stone award
3.5lbs off to get into the 12s
and to get my BMI into the 28's which will happen within 1lb
