i have decided that this week i want to lose 4 pound, i have only ever lost 3 and a half in one week and that was my first week the last time i joined, i am speed souping it and gymming it and am snacking on fruit. im making sure i have upto 10 of my syns cos i found in the past when i cut my syns out that i didnt lose much. so i feel that whatever i lose this week will be the most i am capable of losing in one week as ive never been this committed to it before, i used to cheat a bit and tell myself i hadnt lol-like we all do!! wish me luck i think ill need it! x
