My next goal is to get my 1 and 1/2 stone sticker. I need to lose 4lbs to get it, so will set goal of 2-3 weeks as not expecting my current losses to carry on, so aiming for 1-2lbs a week
- 1lb for club 10 but also gets me into the next stone bracket.
I was hoping for it 2 weeks ago but needed 2.5lb loss but had 1.5lb loss then sts. I was a bit slack a few weeks before but am back on it, 100% for lent so here's hoping! x
I dont really set myself any mini goals, but I suppose my one would be to get out of my size 12 jeans & into my 10's! I got to target last year (had surgery & crept back on again!) & vacuum packed all my 12/14 clothes & bought 10's.....cant quite fit into them anymore & had to dig out the clothes I vowed I would never wear again!
