I take breakfast at 8, wait until 1.30 or later for lunch then tea (always the bar - chewing to look forward to) at around 7.
I try to have around 3 glasses of water in between meals and try for the same before breakfast and after tea. So far no headaches. This is end of week 5 for me, I am on shakes and bars - I don't really like soups normally, so I'm not sure what possessed me to go for shakes, SOUPS and bars in the first month. Really chuffed I stuck to it! I'm fairing much better on shakes and bars only.
