Not sure really, I think for me personally I have in my mind a top weight I wouldn't like to go over, and being a few pounds under it means that I wouldn't have that instant feeling of 'fat' if I did put on a few....
Sure everyone's different, if you're taller you can disguise the extra a lot better than shorties like me! (5 foot 2, small build)

I was just saying the other day to someone that when we start to lose we want to be slimmer, but at some point the wanting to just be slimmer turns into we want to be slim full stop. The goal changes.
It's got to be easier to maintain a higher end weight - if we go that extra bit low arent we almost setting ourselves up for a fall?
