hope ur second down day goes ok hun! just think tomorrow will be an up so power through! if it helps, i always find my 2nd down day in a row is easier than the first because you've already done one so its almost like doing cambridge again in a way and you'll really focus to push through! xx
 
Thanks lovely!! I wana keep busy and if poss i wana hold my cals out til this eve but if im not busy im gonna pick.... I know it!! Weathers crap today so im hesitant to head out with the kids!! But im already feeling the itch to eat lol!!! If the boys would let me sleep all day id b fine lol but no such luck there!! All i need to lose is 1lb this week to have lost a total of 50lbs since my journey started!! But because of my birthday is looks pissible that sat and sun will be ups.... However i think i could make both days ID if i hold my cals out til the evening, sat we r cooking an indian for some friends with drinks, sunday (my bday) we r out for dinner in the evening so it may not be too awful?!
When to weigh tho is the question!!!!!!!
 
Couldnt resist breakfast!!! Lol still pretty low cal now i need to save tbe rest of my cals to dinner time!

First dd of 2 :( and oh look I'm starving! I now want those biscuits in the cupboard which I really didn't want yesterday when I could have had them!! Grrr

Hi , don't worry so much about it hun, its your Birthday after all and Juddd allows you to enjoy yourself xx I know we are all different but I have just had a 4 day UP weekend, my son was 16 and we had something on every day, sat would have been my weigh in day but I purposely stayed away from the scales , weighed in on Mon and I had gained 3 lbs from my last official weight of 12 1, so landed with that, I have gained more after just 2 UP s, anyway after yesterdays DD I am back to 12 1 , so no harm done and should be on track for a loss this week. So don't be too hard on yourself this week x

Thanka jo - yeah im not gonna get too worried its not every day its ur birthday!! And my goal was to be size 12 by my bday which i am in a lot of things now so i can wear my size 12 jeans size 12 blouse and size 10 cardi with pride!!!!! Lol xx

It wasnt as good as i was hoping!!!! Isnt it strange i was craving it all day yday lol!!!! My 2yr old finished it off!!
Still, taking my boys on a big walk today - sun is shining, picnic, ice creams!! Good day :) xx
