Lumpy have u tried splitting ur cd shakes up, so only using half the packet with a little less water, so u end up getting 4 shakes out of the 2 packets? It worked for me x
yeah i might have to start doing that, otherwise i do let myself get carried away with the cals allowance. ive only gone over 500 once on a down but only by around 15 cals but i do think i need to be cutting it down more to see a higher loss on the DDs, 1lb is just not going to be good enough until i start maintaining. x
