Lumpy have u tried splitting ur cd shakes up, so only using half the packet with a little less water, so u end up getting 4 shakes out of the 2 packets? It worked for me x

yeah i might have to start doing that, otherwise i do let myself get carried away with the cals allowance. ive only gone over 500 once on a down but only by around 15 cals but i do think i need to be cutting it down more to see a higher loss on the DDs, 1lb is just not going to be good enough until i start maintaining. x
 
i see where your coming from hun beginning to wonder if these shakes are low enough too i mean they are 150 cals and thats sgetti on toast or plum tomatoes on toast or something.

yeah thats the thing, 3 shakes totals 411 cals and they go so quick whereas having something substantial really helps on DDs. last night i had baked cod with low fat mayo and micro chips, it was lovely and only came to 330 as the cod was skinless. would be even lower if i had just had steamed veg with it instead of chips, around 200 cals for that which ill try next time but it really helped to have that actual meal to get me through til today! x

Too hungry they dont do a thing to curb my appetite any more! Im having half a turkey bacon sarnie with tomato for lunch only 150 cal with sum jelly for pud!
 
thats a good plan. I have about 30 pack left though and wondered if she would buy them off me?

You can sell them on Ebay too if you want to get rid of them - that's what I did and I got nearly what I paid for them back :)

My food diary goes as follows :
-140ml jelly 8 cal
-turkey bacon sarnie,
1 slice 50/50 91 cal
2x Turkey bacon 53 cal
11g tomato chutney 20 cal
- cupa soup 45cal
- 1/2 milky way thing 60 cal
-100ml orange juice 43 cal
TOTAL = 326
Am gonna try not to eat any more!!!!!
 
Also went to tescos today and bought some yummy bits for tomoro!!!
Gonna make cakes with my l.o mmm buttercream icing! Lemon drizzle! Chocolate chips! Salivating!!!
Got all ingredients to make fajitas for tea yum!
And also some digestive biscuits and that new choccolate philli to try!

Sounds amazing! I was thinking about making cakes too. Last time I did it I found not licking the bowl far too upsetting! X

Thank u!! Ive gone up to 12st 5 over the day so thats 1.5 on since this morning, drank 3L of water so prob that??
So in order to get a real life loss tomoro i need to lose 3lb over night, i want so badddddly to lose 5lb tonight -pls fat fairy come and take it from me!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes!!! 3.5lbs off in 2 weeks im pretty happy with - i really like this diet, i just need to keep reminding myself that im not going to lose 4-5lbs like i did before, 1-2lbs a week is usually what u get from any diet!
Im glad i got my bulk weight off with cd just to do it quickly! But ive got 16lbs left to lose and even if thats only done by a pound a week ill be at my goal by xmas!!!
