Yes!!! 3.5lbs off in 2 weeks im pretty happy with - i really like this diet, i just need to keep reminding myself that im not going to lose 4-5lbs like i did before, 1-2lbs a week is usually what u get from any diet!
Im glad i got my bulk weight off with cd just to do it quickly! But ive got 16lbs left to lose and even if thats only done by a pound a week ill be at my goal by xmas!!!
Exactly and you can enjoy yourself and live a life whilst you are doing it, one of my facve threads on here is the 'All I want for christmas' challenge thread, Christmas is not that far off yet as you say just a 1lb a week will mean a big loss to us and a lot of us will be at goal. I agree wholeheartedly that vlcd have their place , been there done it myself but they are not sustainable you need to find something that you can stick to longterm, that enables you to have a life whilst still losing weight and more importantly size and fat, that fat loss is brilliant hun, another plus is that if you had a few 'bad' days you know you are not going to ruin all your hard work because a few good dd s will soon sort you out.
