Haha o dear!! Well I didnt do the gym today in fact I haven't been since last Tuesday. Im full up with flu and I mean seriously full up.good thing is I really think I can diet well this week as can't taste a thing so only eating wen starving and eating healthy foods
Hello! How are we both?
I've been a bit illing since Saturday and am still not 100%. Not weighed myself today but I hover in the mid 9s usually. I'd love to break the binge / starvation cycle though! I find it really difficult to maintain my weight by eating, say, 1700 calories a day. I do stupid binging of 3000 cals a day for a week or so and see 9 st 12 on the scales. So I then do a week of SS and go back down. And so it begins again:
I'm beginning to think that CD keeps you firmly in this trap!! I'm ok at the moment as I just can't stand this any more so in really concentrating on just 1500 cals a day - but bloody hell - maintaining is harder than I imagined !
I know!!! Well iv always said if I ever hit 11st that's enough lol!! Wana lose about 10lbs get me into the low 10s again. Um slim and save prob the cheapest arent they?? Im gonna have my shakes with skimmed milk and not water so I get my calcium writing off the weekend tho as I know its going to fuelled with bad things x
