Wen I think about it tho weve all done pretty amazing yeah ok so we might have gained a couple of pounds back but some of us have come from 16stone!! Its amazing we havent piled it all back on. Especially wen we all love food!
I'm feeling Bleugh lol feel like im on cd again! Guess it will take a few days. ..

I'd given up trying to shift the last stone cos it wasn't happening and - hey presto - as soon as I decided to maintain I started losing again. I think it took the pressure off and shifted my focus from food and dieting. I just try to eat fairly well on weekdays now in a Fast 5 window and have a splurge on a weekend. xx

Fast 5 is a type of IF where you only have a 5hour window in which to eat all your food and enables you to get 19hours of fasting in a day. I'm doing it at the moment and my eating window is 5pm to 10pm. I've found it easy probably because i'm now used to fasting.
 
Yeah Ikwym. You choose a 5 hour window to eat in and that's it. I usually have between 6 - 11 pm. I eat a dinner and a few snacks, maybe some wine on a weekend. Calories come in about 1,200 more on a weekend. The rest of the 16 hours I only have coffee or zero drinks. It stops the all day snacking and I'll just have *insert food of choice* mentality. Of course if you eat 2000 cals plus in your window every single day you won't lose weight as a couple of us tried to explain a few weeks ago to someone starting it. :sigh: It only works well if calories are a bit restricted on at least 5 days. The other option is 2 fast days a week.( not necessarily back to back) I found doing that meant I could eat whatever I wanted ( within reason) the other 5 days. Another factor is do you really need to lose anymore weight? If you are active it might be you are showing muscle weight rather than fat and don't need to lose anymore. BMI's are notoriously inaccurate in active people who carry muscle. xx

Know what your saying about my weight but I am quite heavy still even if it is muscle!! So confused at the moment!!!
 
Yeah its weird the smallest I got down to was 10st 3 but being 10lbs heavier my actual body/size hasnt changed atall!!! No inch gain anywhere I dont think?! My arms legs r still pretty bulky but wen I tense theyre pretty solid. .. must be a bit leaner even tho im heavier?? X
 
i know what you mean im solid but i still weigh nearly a stone heavier!!!! x

Sooo then whats ur verdict lol!!! I'm still 11st lol haha im losin the will here im gettin married in only TEN weeks running out of time booooo.im just gonna calorie count. Juice in morning. Fruit/ light snacks at lunch and weight watchers ready meal for tea... Ive got 5 weeks til my hen night sooo my target for that is 10st 6lbs....I bloody will do this rarrrrrrr x

Do far so good. Had a juice for breakie which roughly 170cal just had 1/2 tin spaghetti with slice of toast about 260cal got gym at 6 then after is a 300 cal weight watchers meal not bad!!!!! X

That's bloody good I've had toast and marmite and boiled egg salad hope to stick to fish and salad tonight xxx ordered some slim and save too if u dm me ur email address can get u a fiver off it while offer is on x
