Ok so come monday I need to sort my shizz out!!! I have put on a fair bit of wedding weight. .... to be expected so im fine with it but I need to reign it in now. Im hovering at around 11st 2lbs. So I need about 12-14lbs off. Not sure how im going to achieve this yet.
been lookin into the 90day challenge by vi.... but unsure. May aswell just go back to Cambridge if im considering shakes again. Id like to shift the lbs by actually eating I think .... but thats a hard task for me. I cope better eliminating food altogether. Hmmm decisions lol.
Anyway hope everyone else is doing well.
