went to a local fruit shop today and i got two big bags of good quality fruit n veg for just over a tenner 0 satsumas. 7 nectarines, a big bag of red grapes, a huge bag of peas in pods, cauliflower, carrots, a bunch of bananas, 6 golden delicious apples, vine tomatoes...

The harvest morn are below 70cal so it's about 3.5 syns per bar or u can have two for your 1 HEB portion a day x

Im new to slimming world so im sorry if I sound dumb or if this as been asked and answered a million times........Am I right in thinking that I could substitute my 2 alpen light bars for a different cerial bar so long as the calories are less than 70?

The only reason I ask is becouse, only my partner works and we are on a very tight budget and this would make a difference to me.

Only certain ones hun, it's all to do with the fibre content.

The one's that I'm aware of are:

Kellogs Fibre Plus (1)
Weetabix Oaty Bars (1)
Alpen Lights (2)
Harvest Morn Less than 70 cals (2).

However if you log onto the SW website, it will list them all there xx
