Ok so I haven't been on here for a while. Time to get fully back on track!!! Have been doing it half heartedly for last few weeks but have got back down to 18st 12lbs so have earned back my one stone shiny
Although saying this weigh in tonight not gonna be great so probably a pound or so back on :-( looking for a really good loss next week so food plan for today is

SW chilli made with extra lean mince and kidney beans (onions, peppers, mushrooms, chopped tomatoes) and basmati rice
DINNER
Joe's Chinese style pork steaks made into a stir-fry with peppers, broccoli, green beans, peas, carrots, onion, mushrooms and noodles
