Well brought a 1.5 litre bottle of coke with my Indian and as you can see drank half last night. This morning I took a swig of it and then decided I don't want it and have poured the rest down the sink. Want to get back on track today!!!!
 
Ok so I haven't been on here for a while. Time to get fully back on track!!! Have been doing it half heartedly for last few weeks but have got back down to 18st 12lbs so have earned back my one stone shiny :) Although saying this weigh in tonight not gonna be great so probably a pound or so back on :-( looking for a really good loss next week so food plan for today is

Ok so feeling really positive with this week, been 100% so far. Did a waitrose shop last night and brought lots more veggies and fruit as was running low. So food plan for today:

Shopping today and gonna do some batch cooking. Made a start yesterday with swede topped shepherds pies (they are so yummy and include lots of superfree!)

Bilsat's chicken and butternut squash curry (although think I'll just make sauce and freeze then add chicken when ready to eat.....)

Have another pack of beef mince aswell but haven't decided what to make with that yet......

Feeling so motivated at the moment and hoping for a good loss on weds :) looking forward to group as haven't been for 3 weeks!!
