Hello! I just read through are you back on track now? Good stuff! :) I didn't know you could use your syns as and when you liked. I thought it was max 15 per day. I understand give or take a couple, is it OK to do it that way? :confused:

Yes back on track now :)

officially no you can't do your syns that way but I know lots of people who just count down from 105 over the week. I don't quite do this- tend to have less than 15 most days but use the spares if I need them. So far that seems to be ok for me.........

Hiyah, have you ever thought about getting a pedometer to track how much walking you are doing at work? I use an Omron. Had it for years and it's really good because it's accurate. You can't shake it about like the cheaper ones and it adds steps. It also works out your aerobic exercise, time doing it and cals burned (you input your weight). Just thought I would suggest it. :)
