As I've mentioned previously. I'm a piper! The thing about highland dress is it's only non-streth materials held with buckles and the likes.

So at Homganay (1 day in to my restart) I noted how tight my waistcoat was as I went to do a gig for the bells. It was JUST wearable.

No huge shock that after the weekend I had (Mongolian buffet, lots of beer and next to no walking) that there is a wee 1lb gain today. But I'm fine with that, kind of expected! Back to normality now though!
 
Well you've still got to live so if a 1lb gain is as a result of being with people you like and you are having fun, then that's better than the alternative. You are back on it so that 1lb will be off in no time.
