Been out a 2 hour walk today. Off to a mates for a day of beer and football. I'll be trying my best there but to be honest I've had a baws week so we'll see what happens!

Yup, yesterday was a write-off. Lots of beer and food throughout the day finishing with a large dominoes at night. But you know what, it was needed!

Not pointing today either but it's been fine so far and will continue as such then back to normality tomorrow. Expecting a gain on the scales on Tuesday though.
