Note to self, - don't try to do Wii with heating on full.

I felt like I was trying to run on a treadmill in a sauner. Thats probably why I only managed to do 14minutes. I was sweating like a pig, and had a bit of head ache afterwords.

Gona aim to do at least 30mins today then hopefully by the end of the week I will be doing 45mins - 1hr.

Got something on TV I want to watch tonight, so may do the step one while watching the show, and see how that goes. Not done that in a while...

I just did another 45 minutes. My batteries failed on the Balance Board in the middle and I lost my Hula Hoops, had to start again, grrr! Lol. But luckily I can continue playing whilst charging the board up so thats cool.

Well I said I would do some more and keep improving on my 14mins on Monday..

Did 1hr 20mins yesterday and was well chuffed (sad I know lol) :)
 
Can someone put my hubby and me down for 12hrs each, his username on here is ODO..

I tried to copy and paste the list adding us too it but the first person on the list kept coming up wrong (should be able to do it :( )

I've done 1hr 34mins so far, and he has done nothing, but I'm sure he will have at least 2hrs done by end of week LMAO he has physio today and is not looking forward to it as he thinks its gona hurt a lot, and he says his arm already hurts enough as it is. (Rotator Cuff Injury, then Frozen Shoulder, poor thing)

I've added you to the list hun, if you have any problems updating it then just come in the thread and tell us and someone will update it for you :)

Your poor hubby being in pain like that, I hope he is alright and makes a speedy recovery. Hopefully the physio will help. Its good to have him joining the challenge too.

Thanks, we just got back from physio and when he came out he said that it was frozen shoulder and it could take up too 2 years to heal...
