I've had a really sore calf muscle all week and today it was so terrible i just couldn't do step any longer i had to turn it off after 15mins. Did 'just dance' instead as not as much pressure on my leg but the same effort in terms of everything else if you get what i mean.

Also had 1st WI and i've lost 5lb. I'm a very happy (but sore) bunny today. Hopefully tomorrow it'll be a bit better as i love step and jogging.
