Hi ladies. My, my you lot do chat lots i've been away 1 day and had 5pages to catch up on. I have the cardio work out, the boxing it a total killer and step is very similar to the fit game but you can do it for longer i think. Only used it once. How are you all feeling now? Did the gel work? I think maybe its due to posture when your exercising as you have all got it.

Could be as I have major problems with my shoulders when I cycle a lot.Ttraining soon for a Vietnam to Cambodia bike ride for charity I shall be bugging for sponsors so if you all start ignoring me I'll know why
