Thanks hells but I had a gain of 2 1/2 lbs - like you said it might be what I need to refocus me!

Just cooking smoked haddock, new potatoes, carrots, sprouts, broccoli and asparagus.

:( Rubbish, but I do think it sometimes gives you a kick up the bum, I gained 1.5lbs last week and it has really made me think twice about everything I've eaten as I really want it back off this week as I haven't amended my stats back upwards yet!

Onwards and downwards, bet you'll have a great week and have that right off :)

How's Badmington going?

Hope so hells.

Badminton was good! I ache like blazes today but was playing pretty much constantly for an hour and 45 minutes, didn't at any point feel like I was going to vomit (apologies) and my mate said tonight that I wasn't quite as red in the face as I have been sometimes by the end of the meeting. All in all I was chuffed with that after a break of over a month.

That's great, even though you've had a break, the fact you're lighter as well prob means you're naturally fitter- 1hr 45 is a LONG time to exercise for too!

Quite the opposite I'm afraid Seacrest. I just posted on Tuesday weighers thread - some brilliant weight losses on there today btw - I feel I'm going to be letting the side down today cos I've felt hungry all week. I don't know why particularly, maybe the weather is a factor. I can't face salad the same way as I can in warmer weather. I've slipped re the eating plan more often than Joe Pasquale on Dancing on Ice!
 
Not sure how I managed it but I had stayed the same when I weighed in tonight!

I feel determined to have a decent weight loss next week now though.

I've got an SW sausage casserole cooking which I'm serving with mashed potato and cauliflower.
 
So, well done, better than you expected, therefore a good springboard for next week!

its hard at this time of year, the weather makes us want to hunker down & comfort eat comfort food. I'm just about to make a large bowl of pasta with homemade pasta sauce as I've been feeling starving for days now! Your sausage casserole sounds gorgeous, I could eat it right now....
 
There's a portion left but it'd be cold by the time it got to you Seacrest!

I've now unwrapped the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD so that's progress!

Still not done the 30ds yet. Too many folk about due to the bad weather (that's my excuse!)

I have been exercising and watching what I've been eating and according to the wii I'm minus that 2 1/2 lbs I put on. Need to make sure I keep it off over the weekend.

Entertaining tonight but planning an SW meal that they won't even suspect is SW.

Mwah ha ha!
 
The dinner party went well, I did a salad starter, prawn curry main course and eton mess for pudding.

I'm so disappointed tonight. I've spent the last week exercising, playing badminton, being careful what I've eaten (and drunk.) My wii showed a decent loss, I feel thinner, my clothes feel looser yet when I weighed in tonight I'd stayed the same.

*sigh

This has happened before (I seem to "stick" for a couple of weeks) and is usually followed by a decent weight loss but it's so demoralising.
