Thanks so much guys
So I started shakes today and decided today to do 2 shakes and 1 protein meal so I've had 2 chocolate shakes and a small salad made up of lettuce, tomato and red onion with salmon. I've also had about 3L of water
Going to look at doing 3 shakes tomorrow - my tummy is grumbling rather a lot but never mind! Bring on my goal weight!
