Congrats on ur 100% ness. Aside from the portion of strawbs im also spot on. They will be instead of last green salad or my last shake, either way i wont have both! X

Ok so naked weigh in tomoz, hopefully running will assist, trainers goin on now. Sooo gross outside, i will probably drown. Or get pneumonia ! Worth it for a sts tho! X

Yeah naked and freeee! That'll put her next client off when she sees me walking out! Just smashed my run again with a new pb :) Now if only i hadnt done what i did at the weekend the weight would be flying off, oh well least im still being healthy and getting fitter! X
 
So, because i am a loser i used my calorie book to add up the extra things i had to today. First of all sticking exactly to things on list took me to 1041cal anyway (not much over but thought interesting) i had extra 170g greek yog, 100g strawbs and 50g lettuce and this made it up to 1170cal. So not much over really and i went running.
I wonder tho that when it says u can have fat free dressing should i be counting in the calories. Its a bit confusing! Anyway i am official sad and apologies for u having to read this! X

Missie i reckon you'll lose, you were only off track one day and have until sat to get that off and you're fab at getting back on it unlike me who takes 3 days lol x

Weigh in at 8am, argh! Totally dreading it but it has to be done. Next 2 weeks will be better.
Am sooo bloated today its awful. I think it must be the vast quantities of quorn i had at lunch, really ahould have split in to two but if i eat main meal stuff any later it tries to reappear when i run...nice :)

I think ur right, missie uve been great getting back on it and i think ul get a nice surprise. Where u even THAT bad anyway, i cant remember! X

Bodies are weird though. And also as stupid as it may sound im always surprised bout what will and wont make u put on. When i think about what i had last week, but killed it exercise wise and put on 1/2lb i am suprised that when i started cd i wasn't waaaay bigger given what i ate and drank then. Actually seems kind of unfair when i think about it now! X

This is the thing though babe, u just might, there literally is no way of telling! Im gonna be optimistic and say 1lb on tomoz which means back to 10st4lbs. its a bit crap that ive been on the razz every wkend since starting step3 as not been able to give it a proper chance to see what losses can be like. Guess that will have to be the experiment after next weds as for a whole week on plan then.
Right look at the time, should have been in bed hours ago tut! Probs not gona sleep again thk :-/ be getting some nytol tomoz me thinks. Oh final pleasant thought (but we r all friends here!) but can anyone recommend anything for bloating/wind? I am actually in quite a lot of pain, not to mention other unpleasant things. Tried rennies but nothing doing :-(
 
Hey caroline good luck for your weigh in and have you made a docb appoint for not sleeping??? If not try the nytol first xxx I recon your in for a shock and i think you will loose a pound! In fact I bet you both do xxx

And yes I was that bad started with a cocktail fri lunch and then chocolates with shots in them, then four pieces of chocolate sponge cake (big bits and even hid and ate the fourth bit so noone thought i was a pig) Then champagne, then more wine and then, assorted platter food all evening!!!!!! Then on Saturday proper went for it but still drunk i think so cant remember what I had but I know there was a whole pack of empty chocolate buttons, crisps and dips and bread goneeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

O yeah and another bottle of wine on sat too!!!
Heres to a 100% day today yayyyyyy (fingers crossed)
