I haven't been here in ages but lets update you:
When I started this I had several goals but in particular to be able to fit in a dress for a wedding and not to feel awful, well I achieved this!
I also went on holiday and actually felt somewhat confident when walking about in a swim suit.
I managed to get a job as a reception teacher and I'm loving it!
I went back to slimming world group.
I needed to go back to group to get that extra motivation and it was going really well until September came and I've slowly put on 8.5 lb over 9 weeks. There are reasons and this is mainly due to things being new and losing my way a bit. How easy is it to grab that easy thing that has sugar in it to keep you going. Also beginning every week with, this week will be really good and it loosing its way some what.
Though i've found my way back through much clawing up again and that fact that I'm now paying to put weight on?!
I'll put photos up later so this change can be tracked and trust me like before it will be filled with mad rambles and why moments but I will get there because I've done it before.
