Well one week down, 11 pounds lost and 7 inches gone for ever!

I bought some of the ketostix today and it was about as dark pink as you can get whoooo hoooo "eat my fat" lol.

Just trying a tomato soup and really like it. So nice to have something savoury.

Well done on your fab weight loss, be careful being in the darkest pink it could mean your dehydrated...get that water into you girl....its the channel the fat exits on LOL....so all good.
