WW Move More DVD

They had it at my meeting last week, it was one of the things they were talking about. Apparantly you can set it for 5 or 10 minutes when you begin and build it up by 5 minutes each time/as you feel ready, and you can set it in different sections there is aerobic and toning. I didnt get a real good look at it but it sounded ok but i have 3 dvds with various sections that will keep me going for a while

Wonder if the exercises are hard and if there is exercises for different parts of body I als need to start and exercise as i slim down too

I nearly left this thread with disgust when I saw it was about exercise lol However I have to admit to being very interested, especially the fact that you can set it to 5 or 10 minutes and build it up. The most offputting part of exercise for me is thinking I've got to get through a set amount of it.

It really doesn't help me when I see all the skinny minnies on the front of exercise DVD's. Maybe it should inspire me but it doesn't!!!!...lolIf you do decide to get it and rate it, please let me know.

I think you are better looking and seeing if you can get it cheaper than paying the full price at ww its if you dont like it and you have paid all that money out

Ive got it on my Saved Searches list at ebay.... Im not keen on paying £12 for it

I went through a stage of buying SO much on ebay that when I missed the postman and had to collect things at the sorting office, as soon as I went in they fetched my stuff... didnt need id or anything
lol...sounds like me last xmas Sandy. I think i spent the best part of £1000 on everybody's pressies and as I was at work too, i kept getting the cards to go and collect.
Me and the Royal Mail man were on first name terms
