Breakfast: 5 ryvita crackerbreads (3) with 35g light Philadelphia (1)
Lunch: 4 low fat turkey rashers (2), small tin of baked beans (3), 2 eggs (5) and one babybel light (1)
Afternoon snack: packet of crisps (5)
Supper: chicken breast (4), couscous (3) and mashed swede
Evening snack: 0% peach Activia yoghurt (2) with 1/2 tin of drained peaches
Exercise: 45 minute dog walk :chores016: and 45 minutes at the gym (30 on crosstrainer and 15 on treadmill)
Total = 29 out of 31 PPs
It feels like I've eaten loads today and I am stuffed!
