Breakfast: baked eggs with grated babybel light (6)

Morning snack: banana

Lunch: chicken, roasted veg and couscous (5)

Afternoon snack: (I had a little "I am so damn miserable" mini binge) 3 packets of wotsits (8) and 2 cereal bars (4)

Supper: .salmon and roasted courgette (6)

Evening snack: low fat greek yoghurt and berries (2)

Total = 31/31 propoints

Thursday 28th

Breakfast: baked eggs with grated babybel light (6)

Morning snack:
Walkers ready salted crisps (5)

Lunch:
ham and cream cheese sandwich (7)

Afternoon snack:
ginger nut biscuit (1)

Supper: diet coke chicken (5) and swede (0)

Evening snack: twiglets (3) and 2 crumpets with marmite (5)

Total = 31/31 propoints and 1/49 weeklies

Lunch:
Warburton's thin (3) with tuna mayo (4), ham slices (3) and cucumber salad (0)

Afternoon snack:
butternut squash soup (0)

Supper:
chicken and stir fried veg (5)

Evening snack:
2 crumpets with marmite (5)
