Hey guys, I just want a bit of advice, I've Been on Xenical since May 15th and I've only lost 19 pounds and it's now July 23rd. I've been trying incredibly hard! I go to the gym 6 times a week, I eat 3 very healthy meals a day and have no more than 1000 cals a day. I also eat Alot of fruit and drink alot of water! Its really taking it's time to work.. As last week I was 12 stone 9 and this week I'm still 12 stone 9! Can anyone give me any advice.. I'm really stuck!
