90 minutes?! WELL DONE YOU. I would be dyingg if I did 90 minutes lol. I couldn't even walk properly today so gave the gym a miss and going back on Tuesday after work.

Thanks everyone for the well dones. I am still so shocked, after my big binge I honestly thought that I would have put on about 3lbs. I've been really lucky! Heres to a 100% week so make sure I keep it off!!

I was with a friend today so the time just goes.....we did about 20 mins on the power plates which although is tough I find it easier than the cardio work.
I try to go every other day now as our bodies need time to heal inbetween. If you go more frequently its best to alternate the areas worked for the best results ( aparently lol )
Hope the burn eases soon hun

Sunday 11 July - EE

Off plan today again. Dreadfully hungover. I feel rotten and just eating crap to feel better.

Back on plan tomorrow, 10 syns a day with exercise...

Back to bed methinks...

Now that my hangover has passed after a good nap, I am VERY VERY angry at myself for going off plan completely for the last two days.

Yes, I had a good WI, I was so shocked I lost because I had days off plan last week...I promised myself that I would have a 100% this week, and now I've ruined it. Why do I do this?

I am writing a plan from tomorrow to Friday to stick rigidly to. And I have to go to the gym on Tues, Wed, Thurs and Fri. I need to pull this back! I'm going to eat lots of fruit, veg and salad. Drink litres and litres of water, stay off the fizzy stuff, and see what happens...

I'm such a silly loser for going off plan....bleughhhhhhh!! Annoyed at myself!! 5 days to turn it all around!!

So...lots of super free in each meal, no snacking apart from fruit...drink 2 pints of water before work, 3/4 while at work, bottle at the gym and then 2 pints at home...

Going to stay on plan completely apart from the following:

Saturday 24 July - my birthday - me and the girls are off to the races where much alcohol will be consumed. Will pace myself and try to be good-ish, but I'm celebrating so I'm not gonna say no!

Saturday 31 July - my official birthday night out. Going to Deanos for a meal, just sticking to pasta...and then along to the pub for a few drinks. I'm staying off the wine, but might have some cider. Not too much, but I'm gonna have fun!

Saturday 7 August - my friends birthday. She's making some insane charlotte-style cocktails, so I'm going to have a few but won't go overboard and limiting myself to 40 syns for the night!

August 27 - Mam's 50th birthday. We are having a little "tea party" for her and the family are coming over. Just making some sandwiches, quiche, pizza etc etc. I'm going to stick some SW friendly food out on the table so I'll eat that. And I'm not going to drink because I'll hopefully be driving then, and I'll be taking everyone home after they've had a drink!

August 28-29 - Me and my Auntie are taking my Mam to London for the weekend for her 50th. We are going to see Sister Act The Musical and I'm already superrr excited - Whoopi Goldberg is going to be on and it's going to be fab! We are staying in the Hilton, and have access to their gym and pool, so on the Sunday morning I'm going to gym for 45 minutes and do some swimming. We have a buffet breakfast but I'm probably just going to stick to cereal, fruit and yogurt. On the Sat we don't get there til 3, and will be going for a meal before the show, probs just an italians so the weekend won't be completely off plan, but I'm going to enjoy it for my Mam :)

I've just realised I have a lot to look forward to this month and next :) and hopefully I'll pass my driving test, get the car I want, book a holiday and get a new job!!!

Ha, I wish I was a big weight loss loser...I've just mucked around for the past 18 weeks with the same few lbs. I want to lose more!! I don't actually have the energy for the gym...but that's why I joined the work one, because I know that if I take my gym stuff to work, I will go after work!! Thanks, I try and stay positive :) x

Thanks :) I hope I can cope too! I'm not going to do too much. Probably do 15 mins on the bike, 15 on the rowing machine, 15 on the cross trainer then 15 mins fast walking on the treadmill. Then die of heat and tiredness!!x
 
Oh, and to top it all off...I've been wondering why my knees have been feeling so sore. Just had a look at them, think I made friends with the ground last night after all that wine. I have beautiful purple scrapes on them.

Oh what a night!!

Claire, I think I'm going to have to go and purchase a box of mikados for when I'm in work. My boss brought it chocolate digestives and chocolate hob nobs and put them in the cupboard...and she went to get one, and then said "want one?" and I just took two without even thinking. But then I stopped. 4.5 syns each. But oh well! After Sat & Sun I'm waayyy over my weekly syns, but staying between 5-15 a day from now to see if I can pull it back. Attempting the gym tomorrow! Eeeek!

Donna, I am feeling a bit less bloated now...drank lots of water so hope that works!

My knees really hurt. They are now black, blue and purple and I can't kneel down! That's what you get for getting too drunk and wearing very high heels!!

I'm in a really good positive mood right now. Just had my second driving lesson and it went soooo much better than last week! Really enjoying it and reeaallly hope I pass my test!

Gonna make sure I pack my gym bag tonight, and take it to work tomorrow so that I'll defo go after work!

Going to be a quiet day at work...so hopefully I get to leave early and go down to the gym.

Just realised I'm in my overdraft again because of my gym payment...grr...I really need to win the lottery!! Or at least hope that my family give me money instead of birthday presents!!

Just purchased a new dress online to wear if my races dress doesn't fit me...I can't wait to get it...I love it!!! Hope it fits..ordered a 12. My Mam said it looks like it'll be big..but I want it to be perfect! Fingers crossed!!

Well, I knew she'd be there, because I was taking something up to her.


Basically, I work in the Principals office...there's the Principal, the two assistant principals, and their two PAs...and I do admin work for all of them...

Anyway... the Principal was at graduation at the Civic Centre (about 25 mins from our office). I trekked all the way up and couldn't find her. Asked someone where she was and he took me up...he's a bit of a drama queen (lol) and he flayled the door open and shoved me inside without even knocking...and there she was with about 4 other people in a meeting. She didn't look happy. Apparently her PA hadn't told her she was sending me up with her speech...so I just walked in like a dummy...ahh well! I was mortified at the time, but it'll be fine, I work with her everyday and she's really nice!xx
 
I am angry. I wish people wouldn't leave chocolate biscuits on my desk :(
