I let my diary slip to page 4 :( and iv also put on 1 1/2lbs :( so feeling a little shamed today, but i have to continue and stick to it. My head has been elsewhere for a little while but hopefully that is sorted and now i can find my determination once again.
 
you'll soon have that off in no time :) just concentrate on sticking to your points and being back to 100% :) xxx
 
I am really bad at this keeping a diary :S but i had to report that i lost 3lbs this week, which means iv made up for my gain last week and more :)

Great loss, I lost 2.3/4 pounds this week way hay! I love WW Need to get cooking some 0 point soups and curries though.... had the 1/2 point pancakes yummo def have them for breakfast at the weekend. Pleased your doing well and enjoying yourself :O)

aww well done :) the 0 point soup is delicious, i made a batch yesterday, and my kitchen didnt look as bad as the first time i made it, sriously looked like there had been a murder, there was tomatoes all over the walls from trying to blend it :p iv not heard of the 1/2 point pancakes, gonna have to have a look now tho :D
 
Thank you, going to try 0.5 point leek pot soup and the curry this weekend..... not a great cook so we'll wait and see. Still working my way around here hence only just finding your diary.. Hope its going well :O)

It seems to be going really well :D im happy cos i get to have a chicken kebab tonite and iv saved enough points to go out tomorrow nite and get pleasantly drunk :beer8: ul have to let me kno how ur curry and soup turns out

I am thank you M, going bowling tonite with friends, so it should be a laugh, and iv saved enough points for a few voddies so im really looking forward to it :D oh and then a christening tomorrow so i really have to avoid all that scrummy buffet food :sigh:
 
yeah sorry, iv been around but not felt like posting cos i went off the diet for a week and was feeling guilty, but i stuck with it last week and weighed in 3 1/2lbs lighter :D
 
Isnt it funny how we feel a bit like a fraud when we are not sticking to plan? Always be posting..:D

Well its 7am, iv been up since 6 having dropped OH off at work and now looking after a poorly cat, who im convinced is laying it on thick cos she has realised she is getting sympathy. Im determined to try and get some exercise today, but as iv said this for the last 3 days and not done, im not holding out much hope. May go for a walk later if the weather is nice enough :)
