So the cat is better today, after milking it all day yesterday and even going to sleep curled up in my arms in bed, i kno im too soft but she's my baby lol. I am off going to steal my dads dog to take it for a walk (also feeling guilty for the dog that can't walk because i'v lost her harness to her wheelchair so have to leave her at home) and then im off to aquafit tonite with my friend. I have been so good this week and even exercising so im hoping (fingers crossed) that i have a good loss this week.

Thanks everyone

I had a good weekend, a bit of a bad day on friday but i'm hoping to have made up for that this weekend, tho even if i have put on i will still be sticking to it. Off to my class tonite so i may try and fit in a bit of exercise this afternoon, just have to choose between wii fit or fitness coach, tho i think the fitness coach is more intense so it may have to be that one.

Just done a deep clean of my kitchen, is now sparkling and shiny like new im sure i must get AP's for that lol. Im off to aquarobix tonite with my friend, its 80's week so should be a laugh.

I definately agree with you, my oven was like the black pits of hell, scary and not nice.

Mine still is after scrubbing it last Monday for few hours! Was sweating more while cleaning in than when jogging!
