Right, going to exfoliate my fat body, put on some st tropaz, then micro-exfoliate my face, + put glycol face mask on. Then paint my toenails, doing housework first, get the boring stuff out of the way.

Yeah that's easiest plug it in and open iTunes and it should just say do you want to download and instal update x

It was my sons work mate, he is from Liverpool and completely nuts! Was soo funny when my son told us, cos I could imagine the bodyguard pooped him self lol

No hot date, I used to do all things like this when I was slim, since being fat I just don't bother! But as I'm not 29 like Riddell, I need to get doing all this sort of stuff again. Makes you feel so much better!

Decided to swim spa this evening, if I sit watching the voice with hubby I'll have to watch him eat Chinese. I'm in the zone, but I'm not strong enough for that! Xxx

I'm very old - neatly 48 - that looks bad written down & I'm like you I'm walking around with chipped toe nails polish, skin in need of exfoliation - in a sorry state! (ps I do have clothes on I do hasten to add!!)
