I've still been taking it and felt fine. I think maybe as my body is used to it because I've been on it nearly 6 years. But feel better on SS+. Maybe that is because of the tablets.

It's only been my first week and had 2 REALLY bad days as something happened to one of my friends and as usual I turned to food. I'm hoping the longer I'm on this the less that will happen. So not expecting much of a loss if any tomorrow at weigh. Just hoping theres been no gain. xx

Sorry Betty, thought I got back to you on this post, yeah I've been on metformin for about 11years. My body tolerates it well. I just think the less medication the better while on cd, your liver and kidneys working hard enough as it is lol poor organs! !! I do take when I eat a chicken salad meal though.

That's the problem with cd, when there is a life crises there's no where to go, you can hardly binge on bloody shakes can you,? lol, so food hits the spot! But actually it doesn't does it, then we still have the crises and the feeling of failure on top of the original crises, phew!!!! That was long winded, in short.... Don't eat xxx

Just seen it - presume you KW?? If not I've got one of RKM crazy stalker friends asking to be a friend! I haven't told anyone about doing cd so no crazy talk on there ok!!!! Not that I'm very good on there - must try harder!! All my cyber energy going on here at the mo- if I start doing lots on there too I'll become a hermit with a filthy house!!!!

Just seen it - presume you KW?? If not I've got one of RKM crazy stalker friends asking to be a friend! I haven't told anyone about doing cd so no crazy talk on there ok!!!! Not that I'm very good on there - must try harder!! All my cyber energy going on here at the mo- if I start doing lots on there too I'll become a hermit with a filthy house!!!!

I never talk cd anywhere but here! And no banter either, my boys would cringe!
I don't really use it tbh, and got no pics up lol. I just felt left out haha xxx

Days almost over so I'll cope nut honestly hungry is not the word!!!

As I said on WPW diary - you and I scarily similar - I'm the same on FB accept people but never really do anything on it!! My son won't have me as a friend but my daughter has. I've only got a few old photos on there - a friend put loads of a day out few yrs ago and one when I look the size of a small village so that was kind of her!!!!!

Just making roast chicken, cauliflower cheese, leeks and it smells divine - am about to have a shake before I kill someone. Was meant for yesterday but got back too late - think I felt stronger yesterday than today - it is torture!!!
